On the 14th of June,1777, Continental Congress adopted the resolution:
“Resolved that the flag of the thirteen United States be
thirteen stripes, alteranated red and white! That the union be
thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constelation”
Since
that day, a further thirty seven states have joined the union,
and thirty seven stars have been added to the Star Spangled Banner.
This
hand crafted piece is painted in our own inimitable style, and
is available in two color variations so far.
